Invoicing

In case you opt to receive an invoice below and your company requires special information on the invoice (purchase order number, etc.) please fill in this information here:

Online payment (with a secure server)

Creditcards will be processed on the Secure Server. After pressing the Send button you will be forwarded to the secure server. (The price shown on the server is the conference price including VAT)

Our terms

Until 15 working days before the conference you are able to cancel your registration. The cost of this cancellation is 75,- euro. After this period we are unable to refund the amount of your registration. Replacing yourself by a colleague is always possible.

Cancellation is only possible by fax or mail (not email).
