Our terms

Until 15 working days before the conference you are able to cancel your registration. The cost of this cancellation is 75,- euro. After this period we are unable to refund the amount of your registration. Replacing yourself by a colleague is always possible.

Cancellation is only possible by fax or mail (not email).
